Shipping Policy

Happy Hockers will endeavour to ship your goods within 2 working days of the payment being received.

We will send email notifications to the email address you provided, once your goods have been posted.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your goods from the day you paid for your order. 

However, if you live in Sydney your delivery time may be quicker.

Happy Hockers uses Australia Post, enabeling deliveries to your home address or PO Box number. 

If the package is too big to fit in your letterbox, and you are not at home when it is delivered, Australia Post will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office.

We also offer a pick up service. Should you like to collect your goods please email us and we will confirm if this is possible. 

Happy Hockers offers Free Shipping on most items*. 

Free Shipping refers to the price to post the goods purchased online, via Australia Post including registered mail. It includes standard insurance but should you require a higher level of insurance this will be at the customers cost.

We will reply within 24hrs. We may use couriers for shipment of larger items.
